  • DeepNeck implant

    P1DN – DeepNeck Implant Surgical Kit

    The DeepNeck implant is certainly the most representative and comprehensive of the four Profile1 Systems; in order to simplify and optimise its use a Surgical Kit was designed to allow reliable and safe protocols, while remaining very easy to use.
    In this kit we included new-design calibrated reamers, which perform particularly well both at low revolutions (50 rpm) and high revolutions (800 rpm).The high part of the kit houses a universal-depth stop set compatible with all reamer diameters.Only the reamer with the wider diameter (violet) cannot be used with the stops, though the laser notches on the blade and the calibrated depth of the hole made by the previous surgical step will allow you to operate easily and safely.
    The implant screw-in keys are well highlighted and may be used with the handpiece or a special adaptor that makes them compatible with the use of a torque ratchet, while allowing the recovery of the implant directly from its packaging.Moreover countersinks, fine-gauge bone taps, directional pivot and implant screw-in keys are also fitted.

  • P129 implants

    P129 Implant Surgical Kit

    The surgical kit for P129 implants is as simple and comprehensive as anyone could imagine.A bone bur and a single depth drill allow preparing the implant site easily and quickly.
    For a completely safe drill, the lower part of the kit features four depth stops.Two keys for implant screwing complete the kit (for the handpiece and the torque ratchet), as well as a torque ratchet and a key to screw-in the prosthetic implants.

    P1 Mini implant Surgical kit

    This surgical kit is designed to simplify as much as possible the protocols for the insertion of Profile1 Mini implants.A single drill and two screwing options: manual with butterfly key or with torque ratchet, which comes with two dedicated keys, one short and one long.

    The surgical kit designed for the P1 Mini implant line includes: Torque ratchet (Cod.P1KWD) – Preparation bur (Cod.P1SK-M ø 2 / P1DR20 ø 1.5 ) – Butterfly key (Cod.P1OSD) – Torque ratchet key (Cod.P1KN1L Long / P1KN1C Short)

    P1 EVO Implant Surgical Kit

    In keeping with the concept of simplicity for which all Profile1® kits stand out, the Evo surgical box was also designed to easily and safely insert these monoblock, immediate loading implants.The surgical supply includes a bone bur, calibrated reamers, a depth stop set and countersinks.

    Besides the traditional screw-in key for the torque ratchet, we included a large manual screwdriver, which is very practical and also particularly suited to operate on the upper jaw.
